IT WAS SUNDAY, a little while ago. The night before, me and a couple of friends had gotten together for something as bourgeoise-sounding as a cocktail party. Fret not, honey. Seldom have a group of cocktailswillers been as non-establishment as we are.

After 7 drinkie-winkies, I went home early, at 3 A.M. I'm on the left in these pictures, by the by. The other two rascals, Petter (middle) and Alexander (right), continued to feed their drunken stupor further fuel till 9 A.M. Ah, the youth of today.

The day after, Petter and Alex called me, their stomachs craving steak. So we went to get some eats. But first we took these photos in a kiosk. Crazy ass mofus. We ate some steak and made the restaurant blush with our endless barrage of obscenities and outrageousness. I screamed to Alex to fucking stop making that squeaky noise. Another person in the restaurant suddenly stopped making squeaky. How we laughed - haha!

The Tuesday after I made another aggressive move. This is a long story really, but I better tell it in small words. Here goes: my friend Helena was going to interview Damon & Naomi in Copenhagen after a concert at Vega. i like Damon & Naomi, too, and Helena asked me to join. I were to meet her and the photographer, our friend with the broken leg, Marcus later at Vega.

When I came to Copenhagen - by boat, of course - I took a bus, not really thinking. I must have gone 5 kilometers into the suburbia of that Danish Metropolis. Fucked am I. When I realized I was totally lost, I started running downtown. It was cold, man, and a light shower of rain was coming down. & me in my goddamned Converse hi-tops and all. Finally, a nice Chinese cabdriver found me in that barren, desolate suburb of Hviderød, or whatever it's called... 80 DKr & I arrived at Vega 15 minutes later.

Vega is a great concert hall, a former Social Democrat HQ. Nice architecture, too. The concert was great, the audience was good but small & we had a few beers. damn! That good Danish beer! After the concert we went to interview Damon and Naomi, formerly of Galaxie 500. We talked about their tours, if they miss the band thing, about Naomi's interest for architecture, Jonathan Richman, their publishing company, Swedish music, Kramer and Chadbourne, Jon Spencer, New York... the usual suspects, I guess. It was nice. Damon ordered beer for us. He himself only drinks water and the occasional whiskey on tour.

Before our trip home we had a quick Carl's Lager at Styrmannen, a nice and cozy, but still kinda ruff bar near the ferries. On the ferry, we sat in the front row. Immediately a band of hecklers started heckling us: "Look at the cripple", "Check out that anarchist haircut on the china girl" etc ad nauseam. When they started pulling down my cap over my eyes, I spun in my seat, grabbed the nearest guy by his collar and told him - how embarrassing- "If you say another word i will shove your nose into your brain". They were quiet after that.

Then we went home & then we slept.

Another couple of days in the real world.
